Posture on Ponies
Is your body letting your riding down?
Would you like to improve your riding? One of the best ways to do this is by improving yourself out of the saddle, then taking your new found function and stability back into the saddle. Amy O'Neil (Human & Equine Bowen Therapist, DNS Exercise Therapist) is running a clinic covering just this at Quenda Glade Equine on 14th/15th December.
1-day clinic with two date options
Morning or afternoon slots available. That way you do not have to sacrifice a whole weekend, even a whole day to do something that not only helps you in day to day life but will help your horse. However, you’re more than welcome to spend the whole day learning from others.
Mat Session - using exercises to improve your alignment and your function. This time will be used to address any issues you are having in every day life as well as riding. You will get a tailored program of simple exercise to complete daily in order to help improving yourself.
Ridden Lesson – taking your new alignment and function and using it in the saddle to improve the way you ride and your horse moves.
